Dead Yeti drops Ancestral Relics - the item needed for the Frozen Tundra event: "Call of the Ancients." I marked them as yellow stars in the map below however, from observation, Dead Yeti have a chance to respawn instead of a Shrine or a Treasure Chest - sharing respawn rotation. Tip: These Dead Yeti have a randomized respawn rotation. These are required for a Frozen Tundra achievement. Tip: This map marks the location of all the Barbarian Spirits. The Purple Rare Elites always respawn in that spot, but share randomized respawn rotation with Shrines and Treasure Chest variants (bone pile, cursed, dead acolyte, glorious, resplendent). The yellow skulls mark the location of all mobs that have a randomized respawn rotation: normal mobs normal mobs + treasure goblin normal mobs + 2 treasure goblins 3 blue rare elites a yellow rare elite or an Orange rare elite. The white skulls mark the location of mobs that never respawn as a rare elite. Tip: This map shows the respawn locations of every single mob in Frozen Tundra. The Hidden Lair is included in their randomized respawn rotation.
The shrines and Treasure Chests serve as a switch. However, you can force them to respawn by clicking all the shrines and treasure chest variants (bone pile, cursed, dead acolyte, glorious, resplendent). Tip: The Hidden Lairs respawn randomly anywhere in the map. They spawn on proximity to the area marked in the map. Blue Quests without a title (in the map below) can't be seen in the mini-map. Click them to force the respawn of a Blue Quest. Blue Quests share randomized respawn rotation with Shrines and Treasure Chest variants (bone pile, cursed, dead acolyte, glorious, resplendent). Purple Rare Elites count as an invisible Blue Quest. Tip: This map shows the random locations where you might find all the Blue Quests - which reward you with Enchanted Dust (material used to rank your Legendary Items up to Rank 20).
